Registration forms for the upcoming MY-NPL are available here. Please download the forms below, print it out and fax them over to 03 6277 7711 or 03 7960 4724 or hand it over personally at our office.
Information of the event 2 are as the following:
Event 2 of MY-NPL 2010
Date: 10th – 11th April 2010
Venue : Dataran Pahlawan, Melaka
Closing Date : 5th April 2010
Team Registration:
No over the phone confirmation of registrations. All entries must be paid through online or cheque only. Registration must be submitted 5 days before the event date. Late entries will not be entertained.
Registration Fees:
Division 1 -RM1,000
Division 2 -RM600
Division 3 -RM450
Division 4 -RM300
